The software has a range of versions from Basic up to Elite, all with features that can be applied across any sport and level of competition. So students can be learning how to use software that is easily accessible by any future team or organisation they may work with. As an indication, the entry-level Basic licence only costs £130 (+vat) to purchase.
We are able to provide educational institutes with a starting 20% discount on the price of a licence, with higher discounts and spread payment options available for multiple licence purchases. So you can see that there is a suitable starting place that can be configured to suit your budget or requirements.
We know that the creation of a teaching facility requires a volume of licences to deliver to students and provide them access to explore, complete assignments, deliver practical services to teams and more. For that reason, we have put together a “Teaching Package” which provides multiple licences of two different versions. Enabling you to have access to all of the features in the Elite version, with multiple machines running another version to carry out the majority of processes they would be using whilst gaining employment with a team.

Nacsport Teaching Package
- 5 Nacsport Elite licences

To make this teaching package more affordable, we have added more than a35% discount to the purchase prices of the licences, then included the Nacsport technical support and update service for each licence and spread this whole cost over 5 years.
This means you have access to fully supported licences that will continue to be updated over that term. Once you have completed the 5 years, you will have 20 lifetime licences.
The annual cost for this package is £10,000 (+vat) over 5 years.
At the end of the 5 years, you can choose to re-enter another staged organic growth with an annual payment to acquire extra licences or version upgrades, or alternatively you can decrease your annual payment and just renew the annual technical support and update service for your lifetime licences. For the above package, this annual amount would be £5,700 (+vat).
Exit Clause
If you choose to opt out of the spread payment plan early, you can exchange your investment into credit. This credit can be used to convert into any configuration of volume/versions to match your total investment i.e. after 2 years at £10,000, you would own £20,000 worth of product credit.
Student Rental Licence
To help supplement your computer room/lab licences of Nacsport, we also provide a licence that will enable your students to take the software home with them for a year and apply in their work experience jobs for example. This licence only costs £50 (+vat) and gives the student a Nacsport Scout Plus licence for a year.
Alternative Options
We can create a package of Nacsport licences to suit your budget and requirements, therefore we invite you to get in touch so we can learn more about what you would like to achieve. As a working example of how our usual educational pricing works, here is a model based on 10 Scout Plus licences purchased over a 4 year spread payment term:
10 Nacsport Scout Plus licences purchase price - £10,250 (+vat)
10 Scout Plus licences with 25% educational discount applied - £7,687.50 (+vat)
Annual technical support and update service for 10 Scout Plus - £1,230 (+vat)
Discounted purchase price + 3 x Annual technical support and update service - £11,377.50 (+vat)
Above amount divided by 4 for annual payment price - £2,844 (+vat)
So with this solution, you would have access to all 10 licenses from day 1, upon receipt of the first payment of £2,844 (+vat). By paying that same amount for the subsequent years, you would renew your licences and technical support and update service. Upon receipt of the final 4th year payment, you would then have 10 lifetime licences.
Educational discount rates
For an indication of how we apply discounts to the purchase prices for educational institutes, here are our scales:
1-5 licences: 20%
6-11 licences: 25%
12-23 licences: 35%
24+ licences: 50%
