A complete performance analysis solution is made up of different components working in synergy to provide a team with the tools to film, capture, analyse, review and share. We work hard to maintain and develop a portfolio of tools that can provide users from the Grass Roots up to Elite levels to have a complete performance analysis solution, which meets their many requirements and different environments.
Today I would like to tell you about how Leicester City FC and now FA Wales carry out some of their video analysis processes online through the MyTPE and MyTPA platforms.
FA Wales
Esther Wills, Head of Performance Analysis at FA Wales, has chosen a combination of MyTPE and MyTPA to provide the National team with online tools, which can be used for sharing and reviewing timeline based video analysis and prepared summary clips, along with opening up discussions,questionnaires and other data gathering and management tools.
We are delighted that Wales will be using MyTPE and MyTPA as part of their performance analysis processes for Euro 2016 and look forward to continuing to support Esther and everybody at FA Wales. FA Wales use our AP Capture IP Camera Mobile Tripod solution for filming their sessions and also have a growing number of Nacsport video analysis software licences in use throughout FA Wales and the Welsh Football Trust, which we proudly support.
Leicester City FC
We have been working with Leicester City FC for a number of years now as they use our AP Viewer iPad Review app and the MyTPE solution with their 1st team. The team have recently renewed their services again and we are really pleased to be a part of their workflows. I am looking forward to catching up with 1st Team Performance Analyst Peter Clark next week to see all of their workflows in action. Pete and I attended Cardiff Metropolitan University at the same time to start the MSc Performance Analysis course and spent many hours in the work-based learning labs there before both entering our current ventures. It’s great to still be working together all these years on; our computers are just a bit further apart now!
