Today we would like to say a warm welcome to Exeter University Rugby Club as one of our latest AP Capture and Nacsport users. The Exeter 1st XV play in the BUCS Rugby Union Premier South A league, where they currently sit at the top after winning 11 of their 12 games, with their Saturday team also playing in the Tribute Western Counties West league of which they are currently top of the table too! The club is off to a great start this season and we're really pleased that we are able to provide some video analysis tools that have been established as a part of this.
We met up with Director of Rugby, Keith Fleming, and Tom Langford, who provides the analysis for the club, during their pre-season to show our AP Capture mobile tripod solution and to look at and discuss some different video analysis workflows that they wanted to achieve and which we could provide.
The club decided to go ahead with ordering our 16x9 mobile tripod solution, then after we provided Tom with a training day on our kit (whilst waiting for the club's kit to arrive) and he was able to get his hands on the Nacsport software too, the club also decided to get a Nacsport Scout Plus licence which they could use for a secondary live capture and analysis of the IP Camera feed. The software also enables the club to carry out more in-depth post match analysis and feedback than they were previously doing with their Mac based video analysis software, so we're really pleased that they are also benefiting from the Nacsport software.

This is the first year of Exeter University Rugby Club using AP Capture. Already we can see a major step forward in our Performance Analysis workflows. The clarity of the footage, coupled with the ease of use and assembly make it an excellent product. Both the software and service have been very impressive, which has resulted in enabling us to utilise the full potential of the features and workflows available.
We are also using Nacsport and have found that coupled with the excellent footage, the variety of functions and tools available enables us to provide objective feedback through both video and statistics.
